As a D2C brand, ZenB needed an integrated creative and media strategy in order to support the launch of a larger product set. It also needed to develop unique digital brand campaign concepts to cut through the crowded healthy-food category. The main objective was to serve as ZENB's Agency of Record, establish a larger, engagement online presence, and increase conversions.
As the lead designer, I worked closely with both our internal and the ZENB teams to devise and produce monthly organic social content batches, emails, and fulfill other visual needs for the brand. Working under tight deadlines, a copywriter and I started each month with gathering inspiration for content based on ZENB’s expected monthly themes and goals, such as product launches and event activations, to build out a high level monthly calendar with creative direction. My team and I strove to establish ZENB as not just a food brand, but rather a lifestyle brand championing wellness and sustainability. I created seamless customer journeys by creating content that could be repurposed for different channels, platforms, and formats. I supported over 200+ social posts, 2 product launches, 2 seasonal campaigns, and 60+ emails for ZENB.
