As the #1 doctor recommended brand, Medela wanted to capture moms prenatally into their Medela Family program. This entailed engaging with moms early and often to build customer loyalty/lifetime value. Whether the mom decides to breastfeed or not, the main objective was to reach her and be part of her decision. The KPI goal was increasing sign-ups with a full-funnel marketing strategy.
I worked to strategize and create paid social and programmatic display ads for this campaign. The aim was to engage with prenatal moms early and often about Medela products and services and build brand preference prenatally. I worked on brainstorming A/B testing ideas revolving around UGC, educational content, and insurance concierge benefits. A visual style was defined to fit within Medela’s brand guidelines across paid media channels.
