Prisma Health is the largest not-for-profit health organization in South Carolina, serving more than 1.2 million patients annually. They are regionally-focused and looked for organic social media support to further strengthen brand awareness, and drive appointments to specific business lines.
I worked on revamping organic social support for brand and three primary business lines (Primary Care/Pediatric, Women’s Health, Orthopedic). One of main asks was to increase CTR to Prisma's blogs and podcasts that featured Prisma's medical staff. In order to achieve this, I explored new ways to push and expand upon visual direction and brand guidelines for Prisma. I conducted social media audits to test different types of content angles and devise new content ideas. Along with content direction and execution, I worked on creating seasonal content, templates, and reels/animated assets.
This resulted in an increase in 15% CTR to blogs and 7% increase in engagement rate.
